Exchanges and Returns: Who pays for what?
No personalized or custom orders are eligible for return unless I have made an error in the order or there is a production quality issue.

Please note: returns and/or exchanges are limited in nature and unfortunately have to be case by case. Do not return any item to me without approval/agreement first. If an exchange or return is agreed upon, the buyer accepts all responsibility for the cost of shipping to and from. No refunds will be given on any shipping cost.
 
 
Shipping Issues: Wrong Address or Stolen Upon Delivery
Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. If you notice a mistake after placing your order and we have not shipped it yet, please contact me right away. I can and will update it for you.

If you didn't receive your item due to a wrong address you provided, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost after the item is returned to me.

Please keep an eye on your tracking number so you know when your package is supposed to be delivered. Unfortunately, Package Theft is not covered with Shipping Insurance. Because of this, I cannot and will not replace or refund orders after the tracking says the item has been delivered. You would need to place another order to receive another item.
 
 
Tracking says my package is delivered, but it's not here. What do I do?
As stated above, please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address (and notify me of a change before the order ships to have it changed).
